Dmytro Borysov
Yehor Herasymchuk
Dine-in or delivery? Borysov vs Herasymchuk
Dine-in is a full room, a live queue and atmosphere. Delivery is your own app, your customers and growth without aggregators. What actually makes money today? Two live hours: one of debate, one reviewing your cases live.
Who’s on stage
Dmytro Borysov
Restaurateur. On dine-in, queues, 1000 checks a day and live atmosphere.
A restaurateur behind 80+ restaurants opened in Ukraine — his own concepts, franchises, strong teams and years of hands-on experience. Now based in Europe (Slovenia), adapting the Bubble’s Dogs format for the European market with a focus on scaling. Father of seven. Beyond restaurants, he is moving into coaching — helping entrepreneurs think bigger and scale themselves and their business systematically.
Yehor Herasymchuk
Founder & CEO of Dots Platform. Delivery is e-commerce, not a restaurant: online channels, loyalty and marketing.
Founder & CEO of Dots Platform. He’s convinced that food delivery is e-commerce more than it is a restaurant: the winner is whoever owns their online channels, customer data and repeat orders. He helps restaurants build their own delivery — their own app and website, loyalty programs and marketing tools — instead of handing a third of every order to aggregators. He works with restaurants in Ukraine and abroad.
Dmytro Borysov bets on dine-in: a full room, a live queue, atmosphere, 1000 checks a day and fast turnover. Yehor Herasymchuk bets on delivery as e-commerce, not a restaurant: your own online channels, loyalty and marketing tools, your own customers and growth — with no rent paid to aggregators.
Two opposite bets meet live. The first hour is an honest, unscripted battle: where a restaurant actually earns — in the room or in the customer’s phone. The second is a review of three real cases from the audience, each through two lenses: dine-in and delivery.
How it goes
20 junio 2026 · 13:00–15:00 Kyiv time
-
13:00
Hour 1 — The battle
Offline vs online: is the queue an asset or a debt, 1000 checks a day vs one big online basket, own delivery — freedom or a margin leak, and who owns the customer — the restaurant or the platform.
-
14:00
Hour 2 — 3 cases from the audience
We take three real cases from participants and review them live. Dmytro from the offline-experience angle, Yehor from the online and own-delivery angle. Concrete advice, not theory.
