Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) operated by Yehor Herasymchuk, founder of Dots Platform. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
2. Enquiries and submissions
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Submitting an enquiry does not create any contract or obligation on our part to provide services; any engagement is agreed separately.
3. Intellectual property
The content of the Site — text, design, graphics, logos and other materials — belongs to Yehor Herasymchuk or Dots Platform, or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our prior written consent, except for normal personal viewing.
4. Informational content only
Content on the Site, including articles, case studies and event materials, is provided for general information. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial or business advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Results described in case studies are specific to those clients and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, and we may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts at our place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
